Canyon Creek Farm is currently located at a private residence - ALL visits are by appointment only. We hope to soon have a facility that can accommodate large groups as well as our other programs and projects. In the meantime this property is a relief facility for our rescued horses, it is also our home.
FOR VISITORS: THE STABLE IS OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. WE ARE CLOSED ON MONDAY & FRIDAY FOR MUCH NEEDED OFFICE DUTIES. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE WE ARE A SMALL PRIVATE FACILITY - WE ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC - THEREFORE WE DO NOT PUBLISH OUR ADDRESS. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN VISITING FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH THE NATURE OF YOUR VISIT AND WE WILL SET UP A TIME AND A DONATION AMOUNT FOR YOU OR YOUR GROUP! A liability release, is available at the bottom of this page, please print and sign. You MUST read, understand and bring this signed release with you when visiting. Every visitor in your group must sign a release. THIS IS AN INSURANCE REQUIREMENT.
Please read over our Farm Rules, they are provided for your safety and the safety of our farm.
When visiting:
Please do not park on the streets, or in the driveway. Do not disturb occupants at house.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times!
Children must behave, remain with their group, no running or loud voices.
Our insurance does not allow outside dogs on the property. Please keep your pets safe at home.
Feeding horses is not allowed unless you have permission.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HAND FEED HORSES, HORSES CAN BITE. OUR HERD SETTINGS ARE EASILY UPSET WHEN TREATS ARE OFFERED!
Please do not ask to ride the horses. Riding is only allowed by owners and or those in lessons.
No one but owners, or Canyon Creek Farm's trainers and handlers are allowed inside the stalls, corrals, pastures or any area containing horses!
Please be quite and respectful of our rural and peaceful environment.
